Building on the fundamentals of arm balancing and inversions, we will explore more challenging poses and throw in some fun variations of old favorites. Get ready to step outside of your comfort zone and surprise yourself by what you are capable of doing! Arm Balancing and Inversions teach us how to let go of limiting beliefs, trust in the process, and most importantly, trust in ourselves. All levels are welcome, but for Part II it is recommended that you are comfortable in Chaturanga and have some practice with Crow Pose. Dolphin Pose, and Headstand.
