Class Description: Group recovery classes programmed to support your hard-working muscles and tissues while recalibrating your nervous system for better recovery, minimizing the risk of injury, and supporting longevity in your training/sport. Recovery is preparation for your next training session!
Suggested Props: yoga mat, foam roller or yoga block, towel or yoga strap.
We’ll use a variety of props, so there will be extra available to share!
