Weekly ‘MOVE & FLOW’ classes
at RINCÓN FITNESS CENTER
Class Description: A beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed. We start with a 15-minute warm up to gently activate the body, followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning focused on building foundational strength and stability. The class finishes with a 15-minute yoga flow, using accessible poses and techniques to enhance mobility, flexibility, and recovery.
Suggested Props: A yoga mat and towel.
