Weekly GROUP YOGA classes
at my home deck
Class Description: A mid-week reset for both body and mind, this 60-minute class explores gentle movement and held postures paired with intentional breath work, space for introspection, and occasionally guided meditations to support you in feeling strong, supple, and tapped in.
Suggested Props: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap and/or towel.
Limited to 12 people per class.
