MONDAYS & FRIDAYS AT rincón fitness center
9am sweat: heart-rate Training
A lively, high-energy class that uses heart rate sensors to help you stay motivated and aware of your effort as you work out. The workouts mix up bodyweight moves, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises, and cardio, all designed to be low impact but still give you a great burn. Fun, engaging, easy on the joints and still gets your heart pumping and muscles working — Great cross-training for surfers!

Wednesdays at My Home Deck
10AM Yoga: Move + Breathe + MEDITATE
A mid-week reset for both body and mind, this 75-minute class explores gentle movement and held postures paired with intentional breath work, space for introspection, and, occasionally, guided meditations to support you in feeling strong, supple, and tapped in.
Class offered on a sliding scale; suggested $10-$20 per person. Location sent upon reservation.

9AM GENTLE YOGA PARA TODXS
¡Yoga junto al mar! Roll out your mat with me every Saturday morning for an hour-long, gentle yoga practice para todxs at the beautiful & iconic Hotel Villa Cofresí. Every class will incorporate feel-good postures, gentle movement, and soothing breath work. Unwind under the palms and relax to the sound of the waves. ¡Clases ofrecidas en Spanglish!
Free for hotel guests; $15 drop-in for non-guests. Check in and pay at the front desk!
