I’m honored to have teamed up with Karibe Kombucha to bring back Monthly Community Yoga!
These classes will take place outdoors in the shade of their garden (typically) on the 1st Sunday of every month as a way to not only foster community and connection but to also help raise awareness and donations for local non-profits that are making powerful and positive impacts around the island.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or a towel. I will have a few extra mats to share! All levels and all ages are welcome to join. Any questions, send me an email here.
