Let’s come together in celebration and honoring of this transitional time of year. Join me for 108 Sun Salutations to welcome the Summer Solstice. We’ll meet at 6:30am at the Lighthouse between Maria’s and Domes Beach. I’ll begin with a short meditation and will lead you through the first round of Sun Salutes. After that, you’ll be on your own, moving through your own practice, while breathing deeply and holding space for others in your community.
