Join Cait and Emily for a special evening of Yin Yoga + Sound Healing to raise the vibrations (as well as a little bit of funding) to support Brigada Solidaria del Oeste (a group formed after Hurricane Maria) and their impactful work post-Fiona.

Suggested donation is $20, but we ask that you give whatever you can. Space is limited so please reserve your spot! Directions to location will be sent upon reservation.
