October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and for the 3rd year in a row, I'm stoked to be a part of the B4BC “Be Healthy, Get Active” Campaign.
This workshop explores MFR + mobility work to help maintain and enhance the ease + efficiency with which we are able to move our bodies through space.
