Healthy Living 5-Day IG Challenge w/ RAD!


Let’s support one another in healthy living for 2022!

I’m so stoked to team up with one of my favorite companies, RAD Roller, for a 5-Day Healthy Living Challenge.

The mission of this Challenge is to set realistic, tangible goals to work towards and feel GOOD about. This means prioritizing mobility, movement, and nutrition.

So what’s the Challenge?? Every day, for 5 days (and hopefully more!):

  • 20 minutes of movement (whatever you enjoy that gets your body moving!)

  • 10 minutes of mobility work (I’ll be posting MFR + mobility each day of the challenge, but the RAD Mobility App can support you with this as well!)

  • Drink 80 ounces of water (if you don’t have a reusable water bottle, let this be your sign to get one!)

We’ll use Instagram to create support and community — also a great way to hold ourselves accountable as well! I’ll be posting each day of the Challenge and I would love to see how you’re incorporating movement, mobility + hydration throughout the challenge too, so tag me @sunburntandsalty and @RADrollerteam and use the hashtags #LetsMovewithRAD #RADMovement2022.
