YOGA, SURFING & TAPPING INTO THE LIFE FORCE ENERGY

Prana. The OG life force energy that gives animation to our bodies and that is always flowing through us, within us, and around us.

And although it's always available, often times we don't consciously recognize it's there. But when we tap into Prana we can feel our spirits lifting, our bodies buzzing, and we continue to ride that high vibe through life - maybe providing us with deeper meaning or purpose, or simply just stoking that fire to live as only you can. I tap into Prana through yoga and surfing: breathing, connecting, moving mindfully and with total awareness... It calms me and energizes me simultaneously, being in the flow, taking it all just one moment at a time, synchronizing my internal cadence with the rhythm of the natural world. Feeling this Pranic Energy reminds me of my worth, my power, and both surfing and yoga have given me purpose and a deeper meaning for life. Shoot, since I started surfing (almost 20 years ago!) I've based pretty much all of my major life decisions around the ocean, and since I started practicing and teaching yoga, I really feel like it's what I was put on this planet to do and share. Both leave me with that same blissed out, grateful feeling - no matter what kind of day I've had or what tasks may be looming ahead of me. Plus, the cool thing about Prana is we carry it with us everywhere we go and we can access it at anytime.
