Playlist: 75 min. Wake Up & Flow

When I have mornings off (and I’m not surfing or training), I absolutely love making coffee, putting on some cruisy tunes, rolling out my mat, and just moving my body in a way that feels authentic and GOOD!!! This playlist was inspired by those mornings… Wake up, roll out your mat, and hit play.
