If you need it, here’s some space for you to check in & recalibrate as well as a practice of loving-kindness to carry with you into the rest of your day ❤️

This is a 10-minute, guided practice that includes some really gentle movement, a few rounds of breath work, and closes with a loving-kindness meditation. The entire practice is seated so you could easily do this in a chair, at your desk, on a couch, or anywhere that allows you to find a comfortable seat.

As I mentioned in the video, I know that one practice or one prayer isn’t necessarily going to lift all of the heaviness or change the world…

But I do know that taking a few minutes to check in & tend to ourselves has the power to pull us out of overwhelm & shift our internal landscapes…

And if we can carry some of this awareness & connection & KINDNESS with us out into the world — in our daily doings & interactions with others — we hold the power to potentially uplift someone else or maybe even change a person’s entire day.

And to me, that is impactful.

So don’t forget to: Take care of yourself, love your people, be kind to strangers, and keep showing up.
