Yoga with Salty: New Weekly Class + Online Yoga Updates

Hey there! I hope you are doing well. As we continue to adapt to these times, I wanted to post a quick update about my online yoga offerings…

I will now be offering a WEEKLY Facebook Live Yoga Class every Wednesday at 5pm AST.

The class will stream through both the Centro La Paz FB Live and Zoom. The class will be a 60-minute, all-levels “Vinyasa Flow” and may include other techniques like Myofascial Release, Breath Work, and Meditation - as well as a few Restorative yoga postures - it’ll most likely be similar to my “Yang to Yin” Flows.

You can access the class every Wednesday at 5pm through the Centro La Paz FB Live Feed, or, if you’d rather join the class via Zoom, send me an email and I’ll give you the meeting link and password - just keep in mind that the Zoom invitation will be cut off 10 minutes before the practice begins!

This weekly class is a free offering, but donations are graciously accepted for myself and Centro La Paz - my local Wellness Center where I teach - if you have any extra to give. You can find the information for both Centro La Paz and myself below:

I will still be recording and posting regular yoga sequences and MFR tutorials to my Online Offerings page and YouTube channel. I’m also planning some more LIVE Online Yoga Classes + Workshops through my own Instagram Live feed and Zoom. So keep your eyes peeled! I’m also offering Online Private Yoga Sessions via Zoom or FaceTime. These Private Sessions are perfect if you’d like to work with me one-on-one (especially for a specific focus or issue) or if you’d rather get a small group together at a time that works better for you.
