This is a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow class that’s sequenced to provide space for a physical and mental reset through intentional movement and introspective stillness. This practice is more focused on sensation + inner-body awareness, and a little less on achieving perfect alignment.

This class is a 45-minute, fairly continuous, Vinyasa Flow. It’s my current “go-to” morning practice when I need to get my body moving and my mind focused. You’ll need a blanket or towel, and maybe 1 or 2 yoga blocks if ya got ‘em.
