New Playlist: Just Get Moving (60min)

New Playlist: Just Get Moving (60min)

A 60minute Spotify playlist that’s nice for practice, movement, or general listening. This one’s called “Just Get Moving” because I like to use it for Sculpt Yoga classes or a more vigorous Vinyasa Flow. I find it supports a more grounding yoga practice as well, especially if you like to use energy + movement to help bring you into stillness + surrender. Enjoy!

New Playlist: With Gratitude + Grace (75min)

New Playlist: With Gratitude + Grace (75min)

This playlist was inspired by the transitions of life. Most recently we've all gone through the big transition from one year to the next, but let this playlist (and your practice) encourage your attention to notice the subtle transitions we flow through from one moment to the next. Can we navigate these transitions with a little more gratitude and grace?

New Spotify Playlist: Music for Mindful Movement (60min)

New Spotify Playlist: Music for Mindful Movement (60min)

A new, yoga-inspired Spotify playlist that I put together to encourage an hour-long movement and mindfulness practice. This is a playlist that I use in my group classes and one that I hope inspires you to roll out your mat and take what you need from your practice. Enjoy!!

Turning In: A Yoga-Inspired Spotify Playlist for Fall

Turning In: A Yoga-Inspired Spotify Playlist for Fall

Happy Monday! And to kick off the week, and a new month, here’s a NEW Spotify playlist for you. This one was inspired by the transition from summer to fall, and as we switch seasons here in the northern hemisphere, the autumn months always seem to carry with them a sense of slowing down, turning in, and a return to routine. So, enjoy this mainly instrumental playlist to encourage introspection in your practice. Enjoy!!

New Yoga Playlist, Perfect for a 90min. Flow!

New Yoga Playlist, Perfect for a 90min. Flow!

Another cruisy playlist to inspire 90minutes of mindful movement. It’s especially yummy for a feel-good Vinyasa Flow! Enjoy for your own personal practice or as background for your classes!
