Yoga with Salty: Vinyasa Flow for a Mind-Body Reset (45min.)

This is a 45-minute class that’s sequenced to provide space for a physical and mental reset through intentional movement and introspective stillness.

This well-rounded class will hit a little bit of everything, but keep in mind that the focus of this practice is more about sensation and inner-body awareness, and less about perfect alignment.

We’ll warm up with sun salutations and explore some standing poses paired with mindful transitions. We’ll then come onto the floor for a few backbends before moving into some more restorative stretched for the shoulders and outer hips. The class concludes with a short-but-sweet savasana. Don’t skip it!! It’s important for the reset. In fact, stay a little longer if you can. This class is also a great prep for breath work & seated meditation.

You may want a block or two if you have ‘em, if not, it’s no worries. Also, since this is a sensation-focused flow, I don’t offer too many alignment cues, so knowledge of basic yoga postures will be helpful.
